Walking
From the central Piazza Grande in Arezzo, head south-east toward Via Giuseppe Mazzetti. Continue straight onto Via Vittorio Veneto. After about 500 meters, you will reach the train station. Take a train to Montepulciano, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Montepulciano train station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Follow the signs for P.za Santa Agnese, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. The square should be visible on your left as you approach.

Start at Arezzo's main bus station, which is located near the train station. Look for buses heading to Montepulciano; the bus number usually varies, so check the schedule posted at the station. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the Montepulciano bus station, follow the signs to P.za Santa Agnese, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Ascend the main road until you see the square on your left.
