Take a train to Montepulciano, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Montepulciano train station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Follow the signs for P.za Santa Agnese, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. The square should be visible on your left as you approach.
