Train
From Bari Centrale train station, take the train towards Barletta. Make sure to check the schedule for the next available train; trains run frequently. The journey to Bisceglie takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bisceglie train station, exit the station and head towards Via Giovanni Bovio. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the waterfront. From there, follow the coastal promenade (Lungomare) until you see signs for Largo Castello. The Castello Svevo Angioino will be visible as you approach.

Bus
From Bari, you can take the bus service number 12 or the Ferrovie del Sud Est bus towards Bisceglie. Make sure to check the bus schedule at the bus station. The ride takes around 40 minutes. Get off at the Bisceglie stop, then walk towards the historic center. Follow Via Aldo Moro, which will lead you to Largo Castello. The castle will be on your left as you approach.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental services in Bari. Head towards the coastal route (Lungomare) and follow the path that leads north. This scenic ride will take you through beautiful coastal views and will take approximately 1.5 hours to reach Bisceglie. Once you get to the town, follow the signs toward Largo Castello, where the castle is located.

If you are already in Bisceglie and nearby, you can simply walk to Largo Castello. Navigate through the local streets, heading towards the center of Bisceglie. You can ask locals for directions, as they will guide you towards the castle. It’s a pleasant walk and will take around 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.
