From Bari Centrale train station, purchase a ticket to Polignano a Mare at the ticket counter or through the self-service machines. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Polignano a Mare station, exit the station and head towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the cliffside. From there, follow the coastal path south for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you to Grotta Piana.

Continue walking until you reach the cliff area, and look for signs indicating the direction to Grotta Piana, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
