From the city center (Piazza Matteotti), take bus number 6 in the direction of 'Piazza S. Anna'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza S. Anna' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight until you reach the intersection and turn left onto Via Astino. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Monastero di Astino on your right at Via Astino, 13.
