    If you try to imagine a place from a faity tale, that's definitely Bergamo. And if you want to feel like a character from such a tale, you can do it if you have a lesson-on-the-go with Chiara who created Walkinita. She combines Italian passion with innovative teaching techniques and a lot of walking around the historical sites of Bergamo. A very patient person who is impossible not to become your friend afterwards, she creates the schedule of the day according to your needs, interests and level of competence in Italian. An unforgettable day which motivated me to continue studying and find new friends abroad.

    I had an excellent walking Italian lesson with Chiara around Bergamo Alto. She made the tour fun and I was able to learn and use a lot of new vocabulary which helped build my confidence of speaking Italian. Chiara is also a very knowledgeable guide to this beautiful city. Would definitely recommend!

    Chiara was wonderful and a lot of fun, we had the best time on our tour! I was able to order at restaurants alone, I learned about the history of Bergamo as we walked and she took me to the best places to take photos! The vocabulary she taught me helped me a lot during the month I spent in Italy! I recommend and would do it again! Grazie per la migliore esperienza Chiara!

    I saw Walkinita on Instagram and loved the idea of an alternative teaching style. We scheduled a videocall and despite my basic level of Italian fluency, Chiara leapt at the opportunity to create a fun-packed day for me. From the off, she kept it light-hearted and encouraged my Italian attempts. Many laughs were shared between us as we delved in to history, went sight-seeing, and relaxed in a restaurant, all the while talking in Italian. As an added bonus, Chiara found us a candle making class for the evening! I've never learnt so much Italian in such a short space of time, I just wish school had made learning this fun.
