Public Transport - Bus
If you are starting from Bergamo's main train station (Stazione di Bergamo), exit the station and head to the bus stop just outside. Look for bus number 7, which goes directly to Via Montello. Board the bus, and stay on for about 15 to 20 minutes. The bus will take you through the city, and you can enjoy the sights along the way. Get off at the 'Montello' stop. From there, Redona Park is just a short 5-minute walk. Head down Via Montello, and you will find the park entrance on your left.
Walking
If you are in the city center, you can walk to Redona Park. Start at Piazza Vecchia, the heart of Bergamo's Città Alta (Upper Town). From the piazza, head down Via Colleoni towards the funicular railway station. Continue straight until you reach Via Sant'Alessandro. Turn left and walk along Via Sant'Alessandro until you reach the intersection with Via Montello. Turn right onto Via Montello, and after a short walk, you will find Redona Park on your left side.
Public Transport - Tram
From the Città Alta (Upper Town), you can take the funicular down to Città Bassa (Lower Town). Once you reach the lower town, exit the funicular and walk to the nearby tram stop. Take tram number 1 towards 'Piazza della Repubblica'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Montello' stop. Redona Park is just a 5-minute walk from there. Head down Via Montello, and you will see the park entrance on your left.
