From the main square in Città Alta, Piazza Vecchia, head towards the Palazzo della Ragione. As you walk past this historic building, continue straight until you reach the open area of the square. Campanone is located right next to the Palazzo della Ragione at Piazza Vecchia, 8A. It’s a short 5-minute walk from any point in the square.

If you are coming from lower Bergamo, take the funicular railway from Viale Vittorio Emanuele to Città Alta. The funicular station is easily accessible from the train station and costs about €1.30 for a one-way ticket. Once you arrive at the Città Alta station, follow the signs leading to Piazza Vecchia, which is approximately a 10-minute walk downhill, directly leading you to Campanone.
