From Piazza Vecchia, walk towards the Cathedral of Bergamo (Cattedrale di Bergamo) and take the steps leading to the left of the Cathedral. Public Transport

From the Bergamo railway station, take the bus number 1 or 1A towards Città Alta. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe' stop. From there, walk straight towards the funicular railway station. Once you reach the funicular, take it up to Città Alta. After exiting the funicular, walk straight towards Piazza Vecchia and continue to the Cathedral. The Colleoni Chapel is located right next to the Cathedral in Piazza Duomo.
