If you are starting from the Bergamo Railway Station, exit the station and follow signs for the funicular. Take the funicular to the upper town (Città Alta). Once you arrive at the top, you will be in Piazza della Cittadella. From here, head towards the main street, Via Gombito, which will lead you through the charming streets of the old town.
