Once you arrive at Milano Centrale, exit the station and follow the signs for the Metro. Take Metro Line 2 (Green Line) towards Assago Milanofiori Forum. Get off at the Garibaldi FS station. When you exit the station, you will find Porta Garibaldi a short walk away, roughly 5 minutes.
Public Transport - Bus
From Bergamo city center, take the ATB bus line number 1 towards 'Orio al Serio Airport'. Get off at 'Bergamo FS' (Bergamo Train Station). From there, catch a train to Milano Centrale station. Once at Milano Centrale, follow the signs to the Metro and take Metro Line 2 (Green Line) towards Assago Milanofiori Forum. Get off at Garibaldi FS station. Porta Garibaldi is a short walk from the station, about 5 minutes.

If you are in the vicinity of Porta Nuova in Milan, you can walk to Porta Garibaldi. Head north on Via Vittor Pisani, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Como. Turn left on Corso Como and walk until you reach Porta Garibaldi, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.
Public Transport - Tram
From the Duomo area in Milan, walk to the 'Duomo' Metro station. Take Metro Line 1 (Red Line) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS and change at 'Cadorna' station to take Tram Line 2 (the green tram) towards 'Ghisallo'. Get off at 'Garibaldi FS' stop, and Porta Garibaldi will be a short walk from there.
