Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the city center (Piazza Maggiore), head southeast towards Via Indipendenza. Continue straight until you reach Via Rizzoli, then turn right. Walk until you reach the intersection with Via Ugo Bassi. Turn left onto Via Ugo Bassi and continue to the next intersection. Turn right onto Via Santo Stefano. Follow this street as it curves and leads you to Viale Giovanni Gozzadini. Giardini Margherita will be on your left after about a 20-minute walk.

    From the central Piazza Maggiore, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Via Indipendenza. Take bus number 14 or 20 towards 'Piazza di Porta Saragozza'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Colle di Barbiano' stop. From there, walk straight down Viale Giovanni Gozzadini for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Giardini Margherita.
