Food and Wine Experience in Bologna, Italy
Wine tasting at its best!
Unfortunately our flight was delayed but this was no problem we attended the 6pm with a wonderful Italian welcome. Our sommelier Claudio was the perfect host. He was enthusiastic with his wine knowledge and his engaging personality. We were happy with the fun part taking the quiz. Generating competition between us added to the experience. Ixchel The food designer was an expert in pairing the wine with the great snacks. She is an expert on all local delicacies and she kept us on track with the white and the red wines. This was value for money and a great way to start the weekend. We went back the following day to pick up items from the well stocked counters. 10/10.
