If you are in the city center, head towards Via Indipendenza. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Rizzoli. Turn left onto Via Rizzoli and continue until you reach Piazza Maggiore. From Piazza Maggiore, walk towards the iconic Fountain of Neptune. Once you reach the fountain, take the street that leads to the right of it, which is Via Ugo Bassi. Continue straight and you will come to Piazza Cavour. The piazza is located just a few minutes from the fountain.
