If you are starting from the central area of Bologna, head towards Piazza Maggiore. From the square, walk down Via dell'Indipendenza until you reach Via Rizzoli. Once you exit the bus, walk straight along Via Rizzoli until you reach the intersection with Strada Maggiore. Turn left onto Strada Maggiore and walk for about 5 minutes. Palazzo Ercolani will be located at Str. Maggiore, 45 on your right.
