Getting There

  • Car

    From Bormio, head southeast on Via Roma toward Via S. Antonio. Continue onto SS38, following signs for Sondrio. After approximately 19 km, merge onto SS36 towards Tirano. Once you reach Tirano, follow the signs for Poschiavo. Continue on this route for about 24 km until you reach Poschiavo. From Poschiavo, take the road to Alp Grüm, which is about 8 km from the town center. Look for signs indicating Alp Grüm as you ascend the mountain.

    Start at Bormio's bus station (Piazza Cavour). Take the bus towards Tirano, which operates regularly throughout the day. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tirano, transfer to the train service heading to Poschiavo. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving in Poschiavo, look for local signs or ask at the station for the bus to Alp Grüm, which is about 8 km away. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may vary.
