Getting There

Public Transport
From the Bergamo train station (Stazione di Bergamo), take bus line 1 towards 'Ospedale'. Get off at the last stop, which is 'Piazzale Marconi'. From there, transfer to the train line S8 towards 'Milano Porta Garibaldi'. After about 50 minutes, get off at 'Milano Porta Garibaldi'. Then, take Metro line 2 (green line) towards 'Cascina Gobba' and get off at 'Porta Venezia' station. Once you exit the station, walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will see Porta Venezia on your left.

Walking
If you are staying in the city center of Bergamo, start from Piazza Vecchia and head towards Via Gombito. Continue straight until you reach the funicular station. Take the funicular up to San Vigilio. Once at the top, you can enjoy a scenic walk down through the park, following signs towards the lower city. Eventually, you will reach the city center; continue walking towards the train station to catch the train to Milan. Follow the public transport instructions from the train station.
