Getting There

Bus
From Bergamo city center, make your way to the 'Stazione Autolinee' (Bus Station) located near the train station. Take the bus to Milan. Look for buses heading to 'Milano Centrale' or 'Milano'. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at 'Milano Centrale', exit the bus station and head to the subway entrance.

Once at 'Milano Centrale', purchase a metro ticket from the ticket machines. Take Line 3 (the yellow line) towards 'Comasina'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Duomo' station. From there, follow the signs to 'Cattedrale' and exit towards the Piazza del Duomo.

Walking
From the Piazza del Duomo, head northwest towards Via dei Mercanti. Continue straight until you reach Via Dante. Turn left onto Via Dante and walk straight for about 15 minutes. You will see the Sforzesco Castle at the end of the road, located at Piazza Castello. The total walking distance is approximately 1.2 kilometers.
