Train
To reach Piazza Vittoria in Como from Milan, head to Milano Centrale train station. You can get there by taking the Metro Line 3 (yellow line) to Centrale FS station. Once at the train station, buy a ticket to Como San Giovanni. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Como San Giovanni station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the lakefront. From there, follow the promenade along the lake, and you will arrive at Piazza Vittoria.

From Milan, you can also take a bus to Como. Head to the Lampugnano bus station, which is accessible via Metro Line 1 (red line). Once at Lampugnano, purchase a ticket for a direct bus to Como. The bus journey takes around 1 hour. After arriving at the Como bus station, exit and head towards the lakefront. Walk along the lakeside promenade for about 15 minutes, and you will reach Piazza Vittoria.

Ferry
For a scenic route, consider taking a ferry from Milan to Como. First, travel to the Navigli area via Metro Line 2 (green line) to Porta Genova station. From there, walk to the ferry terminal at Naviglio Grande. Board a ferry heading towards Como, and enjoy the beautiful views along the way. The ferry ride takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Como ferry terminal, it's a short walk to Piazza Vittoria, just follow the signs towards the city center.
