Once at Napoli Centrale, look for the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento, which leaves from platform 3. The journey takes about 1 hour. Another scenic option is to take a ferry from Naples to Sorrento. Head to the Molo Beverello port, which is accessible via Metro Line 1 to Municipio station. From the station, walk towards the waterfront. Look for the ferry service to Sorrento; the trip takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you disembark at the Sorrento port, you will be in the heart of the town, close to attractions and amenities.

Bus

You can also take a bus from Naples to Sorrento. Go to the ANM bus terminal located near the Piazza Garibaldi area or head to the Sorrento bus station, which is a short walk from Napoli Centrale. Look for the SITA bus services heading to Sorrento, which runs frequently. The bus ride will take around 1.5 hours, and it offers beautiful views along the way. When you arrive in Sorrento, you will be close to the main square and local attractions.
