Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Capri Town, start at the main square, Piazzetta di Capri. From there, head towards the Marina Grande. Take the funicular down to Marina Grande. Once at the marina, board a ferry to Naples. The ferry ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Naples ferry terminal (Molo Beverello), exit the terminal and walk straight to Via Eldorado. It is about a 20-minute walk from the terminal. As you walk, you can follow the signs towards 'Castel dell'Ovo' which will lead you to the castle located at Via Eldorado, 3.

  • Ferry and Walking

    From the main square in Capri, Piazzetta di Capri, walk to the Marina Grande and take a ferry to Naples. After about 50 minutes on the ferry, you will arrive at the Molo Beverello in Naples. From the ferry terminal, head towards Via Eldorado by walking along the waterfront promenade. Continue on Via Partenope until you reach Via Eldorado, where you will find Ovo Castle. This walk will take approximately 20 minutes.

  • Bus and Walking

    From Capri Town, take the bus to Marina Grande. Once at Marina Grande, board a ferry to Naples. After the ferry ride, disembark at Molo Beverello. You can take bus line 151 from Molo Beverello towards Piazza del Plebiscito. Get off at the stop 'Via Eldorado' which is close to Ovo Castle. You will need to walk a short distance to reach the castle from the bus stop.
