Walking
From the center of Capri, head towards the Marina Grande. Once you reach the marina, take a ferry to Salerno. Upon arrival at Salerno, exit the ferry terminal and walk straight ahead along Via Roma. The Villa Comunale di Salerno will be on your right side. It's a pleasant walk along the waterfront, and you should see signs directing you to the park.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local bus from the Capri bus station to the Marina Grande. Once at the Marina Grande, board a ferry to Salerno. After disembarking in Salerno, exit the terminal, and walk along Via Roma, where the Villa Comunale di Salerno is located on your right, just a few minutes' walk away.

For a more scenic route, you can hire a taxi boat from Capri's Marina Grande directly to Salerno. This will take you across the water and offer stunning views. Once you arrive in Salerno, follow the same route: exit the dock, proceed straight along Via Roma, and find the Villa Comunale di Salerno on your right.
