Walking
If you're near the city center of Catania, start at Piazza del Duomo. From there, head east on Via Etnea, which is the main shopping street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele II and walk for about 200 meters. You will see Piazza Alonzo di Benedetto on your right, where the Catania Fish Market is located.
Public Transport
You can take the AMT bus line 457 or 448 from the central bus station (Stazione degli Autobus) near Via Francesco Crispi. Board the bus and travel to the stop 'Piazza Alonzo di Benedetto.' The fish market is just a short walk from the bus stop. Once you get off, head south towards the square, and you'll see the market bustling with activity.
Taxi
If you're near a taxi stand or can hail a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Piazza Alonzo di Benedetto.' The ride should take about 10-15 minutes from most central locations in Catania. Make sure to have a few euros ready for the fare, as taxis do not accept credit cards in most cases.
