If you're starting from Piazza Duomo, head south on Via Etnea towards Piazza Stesicoro. Continue straight on Via Etnea for about 1.5 km until you reach Piazza Stesicoro, which is a major square in Catania. The Chiesa di San Biagio is located on this square. Look for the church which is on the western side of the piazza.

From the central station (Stazione Centrale), take bus line 429 or 432 towards Piazza Stesicoro. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the Piazza Stesicoro stop. Once you get off, Chiesa di San Biagio will be visible from the bus stop; just walk a short distance into the square to find the church.

If you are at the Teatro Massimo Bellini, exit the theater and head west on Via Sant'Anna. Turn left onto Via Etnea and continue straight until you reach Piazza Stesicoro. Chiesa di San Biagio will be located at the western side of the square, easily visible as you approach.
