Walking
If you are starting from the Catania Cathedral, head southeast on Via Etnea towards Piazza Duomo. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street where it meets Via dei Crociferi. Turn left onto Via dei Crociferi and continue walking until you reach Piazza Dante. The Church of Saint Nicholas the Arena is located at Esedra di Piazza Dante, just off the piazza. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

Public Transport
From Catania Central Train Station, take the Metro Line 1 towards Stesicoro. Get off at the Stesicoro station. When you exit the metro, walk towards Via Etnea and turn right. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Dante. The Church of Saint Nicholas the Arena will be on your right at Esedra di Piazza Dante. The entire journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.

From the main bus terminal at Piazza Giovanni Verga, take bus number 432 towards the Centro Storico. Get off at the stop for Piazza Dante. After getting off, walk towards the center of the piazza and you will see the Church of Saint Nicholas the Arena located at Esedra di Piazza Dante. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes, plus a short walk from the bus stop.
