Getting There

  • Bus

    From Catania, head to the Catania Central Bus Station located at Piazza Giovanni Verga. Take the Interbus line towards Taormina. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Taormina bus terminal, exit the bus and walk towards the main street, Corso Umberto. Continue along Corso Umberto until you reach the intersection with Via Timeo, where you will turn left. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Odeon at Via Timeo, 31A.

  • Train and Bus

    From Catania, make your way to Catania Centrale Train Station. Purchase a train ticket for the train heading to Taormina-Giardini. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Taormina-Giardini station, exit the station and take the local bus or a taxi to Taormina. If you take the bus, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, walk down Corso Umberto to Via Timeo, turn left, and continue for about 10 minutes to reach the Odeon.

    If you are already in Taormina, you can walk to Odeon from the main square, Piazza IX Aprile. Head down the hill on Via B. Croce, and then turn left onto Via Timeo. Continue walking straight until you reach the Odeon at number 31A.
