Getting there

Car

If you are driving from Florence, take the A1 motorway towards Rome. Exit at 'Firenze Certosa' and follow the signs for SR222 towards Greve in Chianti. Continue on SR222 for about 20 km until you reach Panzano in Chianti. Once in Panzano, look for Via Montagliari on your right. Turn onto Via Montagliari, and Casaloste will be located at number 32 on your left. Parking is available near the winery.

Public Transportation

To reach Casaloste via public transport from Florence, take a train from Santa Maria Novella station to Greve in Chianti. The train ride will take about 30 minutes. From Greve, you can catch a bus to Panzano in Chianti (Bus Line 365). The bus will take you directly to Panzano, where you can get off at the main square. From the square, it's a 10-minute walk to Casaloste. Head north on Via della Storia, then take a left onto Via Montagliari. Casaloste will be at number 32. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.

Taxi or Ride-Sharing

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing service from Florence or Greve in Chianti. The approximate fare from Florence to Casaloste is around €50-€70 depending on traffic and time of day. This method is convenient if you're traveling with luggage or in a group.
