Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chianti, such as Greve in Chianti. Head north on SP5 towards Florence. Continue on SP5 for about 28 km, following the signs to Florence. When you approach Florence, take the exit onto Viale Giovanni Amendola. Continue straight and take the first right onto Via Romana. Chef Vary will be on your left at Via Romana, 41r. There is usually street parking available in the area.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Greve in Chianti to Florence. The bus should take around 45 minutes. Get off at the Santa Maria Novella station in Florence. From there, you can walk to Chef Vary. Exit the train station and head southwest on Piazza della Stazione. Continue onto Via Nazionale, then turn left onto Via della Scala. Follow this road until you reach Via Romana, then turn right. Chef Vary will be located at 41r on your left.
