Turn left onto Via della Madonna and follow it until you reach the Porta San Giovanni. Pass through this gate and continue along the road, which will lead you to the bus station. From the San Gimignano bus station, you can catch a bus to Florence. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as they may not run frequently.
