Getting There

Walking

From the center of San Gimignano, head towards the Porta San Giovanni, which is the main entrance to the town. Once you pass through the gate, continue straight down Via San Giovanni until you reach the first intersection. Turn left onto Via della Cisterna and follow it until you reach Piazza della Cisterna. Continue straight through the square, and exit at the opposite side onto Via San Francesco. Walk down this street until you see signs directing you towards the bus station. From there, you will need to take a bus to Florence. The bus will take you directly to the center of Florence, where you can find the Pazzi Chapel located at Largo Piero Bargellini.

Start at the bus station in San Gimignano. Purchase a ticket for Florence at the ticket counter or from a vending machine. Board the bus to Florence, which should be clearly marked. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus station in Florence, exit and head towards the main street. From there, take a left onto Via Nazionale, and walk straight until you reach Piazza del Duomo. Continue past the Duomo and take Via dei Martelli.
