From any of the Cinque Terre villages (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, or Riomaggiore), take the train to La Spezia. The trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 10-30 minutes depending on your departure village. Once in La Spezia, transfer to a train bound for Pontremoli.

After arriving at Pontremoli station, exit the station and look for local buses or taxis to reach Pràcchiola. Alternatively, you can walk; it's about a 5 km hike uphill to reach Odin's Waterfall from the station. Follow the signs towards Costa Badina, and enjoy the scenic path.

If you choose to hike from Pontremoli, head west on Via Roma, then take Via della Libertà. Continue on the path until you reach Costa Badina. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards the waterfall, which will be approximately a 1.5-hour hike through the beautiful countryside.
