From the Lerici bus stop, walk towards the coast. Head down Via Roma, which will lead you to the waterfront. Continue along the promenade until you reach Spiaggia Santa Teresa. It’s about a 10-minute walk and offers beautiful views of the sea.

If starting from Riomaggiore, take the train towards La Spezia and transfer to a train bound for Sarzana. Get off at Lerici station.
