If you are in any of the five villages of Cinque Terre (Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, or Riomaggiore), you can take the train to La Spezia, which is the nearest major city. From your village, head to the local train station. Consult the train schedule for the next train to La Spezia. The journey takes approximately 15-30 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at La Spezia, transfer to the bus or train heading to the Cinque Terre National Park.

From La Spezia, you can take a bus to the Cinque Terre National Park. The bus station is located right next to the train station.
