If you are in any of the five villages of Cinque Terre (Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, or Riomaggiore), you can take the train to La Spezia, which is the nearest major city. From your village, head to the local train station. Consult the train schedule for the next train to La Spezia. The journey takes approximately 15-30 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at La Spezia, transfer to the bus or train heading to the Cinque Terre National Park.

If you prefer to hike, you can start from any of the villages. There are well-marked trails connecting all five villages, and they lead directly into the National Park.
