Getting there

Train

If you are coming from Monterosso al Mare, take the train from the Monterosso train station towards Vernazza. The journey takes about 3 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vernazza train station, exit and walk down the steps towards the village. Follow the signs leading you to the town center, which is a short walk of about 5 minutes.

Hiking

If you are hiking from Corniglia, take the trail that leads from Corniglia to Vernazza. This trail is part of the famous Sentiero Azzurro (Blue Trail) and offers stunning views of the coastline. The hike will take approximately 1 hour. Follow the signs for Vernazza, and be prepared for some uphill sections. Once you reach Vernazza, you will enter the village near the harbor.

Walking

From the Vernazza train station, head towards the main street (Via Roma). Walk straight until you reach the waterfront, where you can see the colorful buildings and the marina. The walk from the station to the waterfront takes about 5 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful views as you stroll through the narrow streets, lined with shops and restaurants.
