Getting There

Walk

From Riomaggiore, head towards the main street, Via Colombo. Walk straight until you reach the train station. Once there, take the trail towards Volastra, following the signs for 'Sentiero Azzurro'. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. The path is well-marked, offering stunning views of the coastline.
Train and Walk

From Riomaggiore, take a train to Manarola (only 2 stops). Once you arrive at Manarola, exit the train station and look for the signs directing you to the trail for Volastra. Follow the signs uphill; the hike will take about 30-40 minutes and will lead you through beautiful vineyards and scenic views.
Bus

From Riomaggiore, walk to the main bus stop near the train station. Take the bus to Volastra, which runs several times a day. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Volastra, you'll be just a short walk away from the main attractions and viewpoints.
