Car
From Courmayeur, head northeast on Strada Statale 26 (SS26). Continue on the SS26 for about 20 kilometers. You'll pass through the town of La Thuile. Once you reach La Thuile, follow the signs for Vallone di Chavannes. Turn onto SP21 and follow it for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the entrance to Vallone di Chavannes. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a card.

Public Transportation
Start at the Courmayeur bus terminal and take the bus towards La Thuile. The bus ride takes around 40 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal or on the bus. Upon arriving in La Thuile, exit the bus and follow the signs to Vallone di Chavannes. You may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the trailhead. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
