    From the center of Courmayeur, head southeast on Via Roma towards Strada Statale 26. Continue on Strada Statale 26 for about 2 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Lago Chécrouit' and turn left onto Via la Villette. Follow this road until you reach the lake. There is a small parking area available near the lake.
