Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving, take the A22 Autostrada del Brennero. Exit at 'Bolzano Nord' and follow the signs for Val di Fassa. Continue on the SS241 road through the valley until you reach Canazei. From Canazei, follow the signs to Passo Fedaia and drive until you reach the 'Malga Ciapela' parking area. From there, you can park your car (parking fees may apply) and proceed to the cable car station.

    To reach Punta Rocca by public transport, take a train to the nearest major station, either in Bolzano or Trento. From Bolzano, catch a bus (Line 180) toward Canazei. Once in Canazei, switch to the local bus to 'Malga Ciapela' (Line 471). The bus services are generally reliable, but check the schedule for availability, especially in off-peak seasons.
