Taste of Tradition: Parmigiano, Wine & Balsamic Tour from Bologna
Amazing Tour!
The tour was the best part of my trip in Italy. Riccardo was very friendly and funny. It was amazing to see and hear about how Parmigiano-Regiano is made, aged, and certified. I got to appreciate the cheese so much more after learning about the whole process. Seeing a beautiful view at a winery and tasting Lambrusco and Pignoletto were very memorable as well. Last but not least, visiting a balsamic farm and tasting different ages of balsamic were so fun! It was mind-blowing to learn that balsamic could taste differently depending on a type of wood of a barrel in which balsamic was aged.
