Modena: Guided Tour, Aceto Tasting and “Balsamic Lunch”
Delicious lunch and tasting
Now we know how Balsamic is made. And we look at the bottles in the supermarket with different eyes. Enjoyed a delicious lunch and it was interesting to hear how you can now combine Balsamic with the dishes. And all of that in a beautiful location.

Exceptional private tour- perfect for families
We did this tour as a family of four with two young teens (13,16). The driver, Alberto, was punctual, friendly and an excellent driver with an impeccable vehicle. The food producers were super passionate and engaging about their products. The Parmigiano and balsamic stops were highlights but truly the entire day was perfection. The lunch and tastings were delicious and abundant even for some of our picky eaters. The tours were interesting and informative. The F1 museum was a fun and exciting way to end the day. Highly recommend this tour and this company for their excellent customer service!

Alexandra, our guide, was passionate and informative. After tasting the different vinegars you begin to truly appreciate and understand how the aging process is critical to the final product. The acetaia was located in a beautiful little town which only added to the experience.
