If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head east on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Lorenzo. The Basilica di San Lorenzo will be located on your right at Piazza di San Lorenzo, 9.

From the Uffizi Gallery, exit and walk towards Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via Guicciardini. Turn left onto Via dei Bardi, then right onto Via della Scala. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Lorenzo after approximately 15 minutes. The Basilica di San Lorenzo will be on your left.

If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, take bus number 1 or 7. Board the bus at the station bus stop and get off at the 'Piazza San Lorenzo' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Basilica di San Lorenzo located at Piazza di San Lorenzo, 9.
