From Florence, head to the main bus station, 'Firenze S.M.N.' (Santa Maria Novella). Look for the Sita bus company counters and purchase a ticket to Radda in Chianti. Buses typically run several times a day. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride through the Tuscan countryside. The bus will drop you off at the Radda in Chianti bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi. If walking, head east on Via Roma, then take a right onto Strada Provinciale 214. Follow the road for about 2 kilometers until you reach Località Montemaggio.

Take a train from Florence's Santa Maria Novella station to the nearest train station at Montevarchi. Upon arrival at Montevarchi, exit the train station and look for the taxi stand. Take a taxi directly to Fattoria di Montemaggio in Radda in Chianti. The taxi ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
