Walking
If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southwest on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Continue straight to reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via della Vigna Nuova, which will eventually turn into Via de' Tornabuoni. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, and then turn right onto Via della Scala. Follow it until you reach the intersection with Borgo Ognissanti. Turn left onto Borgo Ognissanti, and you will find the Florence Art Gallery located at number 64/R on your right.

Public Transport
From the main train station, Santa Maria Novella, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located right outside. Take bus number 1 or 7 towards 'Piazza della Libertà'. After about 5 minutes, disembark at the stop called 'Ognissanti'. From there, walk along Borgo Ognissanti for a few minutes, and you will see the Florence Art Gallery at 64/R on your left.
