Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore), head east on Via dei Calzaiuoli. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Piazza della Signoria. From there, turn left onto Via dei Leoni, and then take a right onto Via della Condotta. Follow this road, and it will lead you directly into Piazza di San Giovanni, where you will find Loggia del Bigallo at the north end of the square.

    If you are coming from the Uffizi Gallery, exit the gallery and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and immediately turn right onto Via Guicciardini. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Leoni. Turn left onto Via dei Leoni, and then take another left onto Via della Condotta. This will take you into Piazza di San Giovanni, where Loggia del Bigallo is located.
