Continue until you reach the intersection with Via dei Neri, and turn right. Follow this street until you reach the Arno River. Cross the Ponte alle Grazie. Once across, take a left and follow the riverbank until you reach the next bridge, Ponte di Santa Trinita. Cross this bridge and take a right onto Via Tornabuoni. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Via dei Pescioni and turn left. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di San Pier Maggiore.

If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, take Bus Line 11 or 17 from the station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza San Pier Maggiore'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance along Via Matteo Palmieri until you reach the square. This is a direct route and is very convenient for those coming from the station.
