Walking
If you're starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southeast on Via de' Martelli towards Piazza della Repubblica. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, take Via del Corso and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza della SS. Annunziata. The square is a beautiful open space and is located slightly to your right.

From the central train station, Firenze Santa Maria Novella, take bus line 14 towards 'Piazza della Libertà' and get off at the stop 'Piazza della SS. Annunziata.' The square is right next to your bus stop.

Walking
If you're at the Uffizi Gallery, exit and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Via dei Guicciardini until you hit Piazza Pitti. From there, make a left onto Via Romana and follow it until you reach Piazza della SS. Annunziata, which will be on your left after about 15 minutes of walking.
