From Florence, head to the Santa Maria Novella Train Station (Firenze SMN). Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Vinci. Trains to Vinci may not be direct, so you might need to change trains at Empoli. When you arrive at Empoli, transfer to a local train heading towards Siena and disembark at the Vinci station. From the Vinci train station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Piazza dei Conti Guidi. Exit the station and head southeast on Via A. Manzoni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Verdi, then turn left. Follow this road until you reach the piazza.

You can take a bus from Florence to Vinci. Start by heading to the bus station at Piazza della Stazione. Look for the SITA buses that head to Empoli/Vinci. Purchase your ticket at the ticket counter or from a vending machine. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride to Vinci, which should take around 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Vinci bus stop, walk towards Piazza dei Conti Guidi, which is just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head southwest on Via Verdi and continue straight until you reach the piazza.
