If you are in the central area of Oltrarno, head towards the nearest main street, Via Romana. Walk along Via Romana towards the south until you reach the intersection with Piazza de' Pitti. Continue straight ahead, and you'll find the entrance to Palatine Gallery at Piazza de' Pitti, 1. It's just a short 10-minute walk from the heart of Oltrarno.
Public Bus
If you're further away in Oltrarno, you can take the bus. Look for the nearest bus stop and catch bus number C2 in the direction of 'Piazza di Santa Croce'. Get off at the 'Piazza Pitti' stop. From there, the Palatine Gallery is just a 2-minute walk away. Make sure to purchase a bus ticket from a local tabacchi (tobacco shop) or vending machine before boarding. A single ticket costs around €1.50.
