If you are in the heart of Oltrarno, start at the Pitti Palace (Palazzo Pitti). From the main entrance of the palace on Piazza della Signoria, head towards the square in front of the palace. The Fountain of the Artichoke is located in the courtyard of the Pitti Palace, specifically at Piazza de' Pitti, 10R. It is only a short walk away, approximately 5 minutes. Just walk straight through the courtyard, and you will see the fountain on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are further away in Oltrarno, you can take a bus to reach the Fountain of the Artichoke. Look for bus stop 'Pittori' which services multiple lines including Line 11 and Line 12. Board either of these buses and travel towards the city center. Get off at the 'Pitti' stop. From there, it's a 2-minute walk to the fountain. Head towards Piazza de' Pitti, 10R, and you will find the fountain in the courtyard.

If you prefer not to walk and the bus option is not convenient, you can take a taxi. Taxis are readily available throughout Florence. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Piazza de' Pitti'.
