From the center of Garfagnana, head south on the SS445 road towards Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Continue on SS445 for about 10 km until you reach the junction for the SP22 road towards Villa Collemandina. Turn right onto SP22 and follow it for approximately 7 km. After passing through Villa Collemandina, look for signs directing you to Località Isera. The Giardino Botanico 'Maria Ansaldi' will be on your left. There is free parking available on site.
