    From the central area of Carignano, head towards Via Montaldo and walk straight until you reach Piazza della Vittoria.     You can take a bus from Carignano to reach the area near Biosfera. Look for bus line 36 or 34 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus in the direction of Dinegro. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Acquario'. From there, walk towards the waterfront and you will find the Biosfera at Ponte Spinola, just a few minutes away from the bus stop. Note that a single ticket on the bus costs around €1.50.
