Walking
From the central area of Carignano, head towards Via Montaldo and walk straight until you reach Piazza della Vittoria. At the square, take the stairs down towards Via XX Settembre and continue walking straight. After a short walk, you will arrive at the waterfront area where you can see the Porto Antico. Follow the signs towards the Aquarium of Genoa, which is located nearby. The Biosfera is just a short walk from the Aquarium, located at Ponte Spinola. Look for signs pointing to it as you approach.
Public Transport
You can take a bus from Carignano to reach the area near Biosfera. Look for bus line 36 or 34 at the nearest bus stop. Board the bus in the direction of Dinegro. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Acquario'. From there, walk towards the waterfront and you will find the Biosfera at Ponte Spinola, just a few minutes away from the bus stop. Note that a single ticket on the bus costs around €1.50.
